Does the Body Building Ab Abs Belt - Gymnastic Device WITH GEL!! work?
As a general rule, if someone offers something for nothing... Then it's probably too good to be true. You should apply the same rule to fitness equipment. If the claim is that you can get fit without exercise, it's probably a gimmick.
Even if the ab belt can "do the work of 700 sit-ups" without you having to exert effort, it still won't burn fat. You would essentially build up your ab muscles behind whatever fat you wanted to lose.
