Southwest Residential Lobby Makeovers

Lobbies of some residential buildings in the neighborhood are getting attention, some in the form of extreme makeovers.

Above, clockwise from top left: Potomac Place Towers at 800 4th Street remodeled their lobby as part of their condo conversion. Another view of Potomac Place Towers' new lobby. The View at Waterfront is in the midst of their lobby makeover, the south tower lobby on 6th and M is pictured. Waterside Towers' A building lobby on 6th Street is being redone, along with the lobbies and hallways of all three buildings there.

The former Town Center East building on 3rd and M now has new windows and its lobby is being reconfigured as seen on the right above.
